MONMOUTH MP David Davies joined families, friends and children in a charity walk around Chippenham Mead on Sunday.
The sun shone for the Down’s Syndrome Association’s Big Step Forward, which saw over 80 people take part in an walk that started and finished at Monmouth playing fields. Organised by local support group 21 Plus, the event aimed to highlight awareness of people with Down’s Syndrome and raised over £400. Afterwards, participates enjoyed a summer BBQ.
